The short version: this website collects nothing about you. There is no signup, no newsletter and no tracking. The only personal data we ever hold comes from an actual purchase, and even then the checkout is handled by Gumroad rather than by us.

What we collect, and why

Our legal bases
- Performance of a contract — delivering the files you bought and dealing with your order.
- Legal obligation — keeping records of sales for tax purposes.
Who else touches your data
- Gumroad — merchant of record: checkout, payment processing, file delivery, and worldwide sales tax and VAT handling.
- Netlify — hosts this site and processes standard server logs.
The Tell Sheet is a straight download — no address is asked for and none is stored. That is the entire list. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers. Some of these providers operate outside the EU; where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Gumroad’s checkout sets what it needs to process your payment, and Google Fonts is used to load the typefaces. If we later add analytics, we will use a privacy-preserving tool and say so here before we switch it on.
Your rights
If you have bought from us, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. We do not run marketing email, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
Email pokerclub.partnerships@gmail.com and we will deal with it within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the regulator in your own country.
Children
These products are for adults. We do not knowingly sell to or collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold data on a minor, tell us and we will delete it.
